How It Works
Our design consultants are available to meet with you – virtually – through your phone, tablet or a computer. Once you request an Amazing Virtual Appointment, we will send you a link for a Zoom or FaceTime call. We’ll call as a reminder prior to our scheduled appointment time.
During our Amazing Virtual Appointment we can inspect your home improvement project through a video. Then we’ll walk you through your options to help you understand and select the siding, window and door choices and options that are best for you.
After our call we will send you a summary and schedule an in-home measurement visit. This visit will follow the social distancing guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and local health authorities.
IN-HOME APPOINTMENTS are still available in many locations.
DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION will continue consistent with federal, state and local mandates. If there are any impacts to our production schedules or delivery timelines, we will let you know as soon as we can. If you would prefer to reschedule your delivery and installation, we are happy to reschedule.
